Grand Casino Mille Lacs/Hinckley

Revenue Audit Supervisor

DEPARTMENT:

Finance

EXEMPT (Y/N):

N

   REPORTS TO:

Revenue Audit Manager

   SALARY GRADE:

N08

Every Dollar Accounted For. Every Report You Can Trust. Every Auditor Set Up to Succeed.

As the Revenue Audit Supervisor, you make sure the money the property reports is the money the property actually made. You lead the daily audit of every revenue stream across Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley, and you own the accuracy and timeliness of what the Revenue Audit division produces.

This role carries two responsibilities at once. You are a working auditor — reconciling, verifying, and preparing entries — and you are the performance leader for a team of five to seven Auditors, coaching them through the work, evaluating their progress, and holding the standard steady across shifts and properties. You partner closely with the Revenue Audit Manager on how the work is assigned and how the division is staffed. You also protect the integrity of the systems the audit depends on, including Gaming, Point of Sale, inventory, Hotel, and other assigned systems.

You bring precision, discretion, and follow-through to work that Finance, Compliance, and outside auditors all rely on — and you build a team that catches errors before anyone else has to.
