Description
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
- Managing and developing the processes governing the flow of information in the supply chain
- Ensuring and monitoring MRP and MRP Control, incl. material planning and procurement, production and deadline planning, customer service and delivery planning
- Responsible for holding regular training and skills development sessions focussing on the SAP MRP master data and the transaction-related expertise of all MRP Controllers at the plant
- Responsible for the accuracy of the master data in the system, as well as the data relating to MRP activities
- Assisting Purchasing and Sales with customer and supplier escalations
- Responsible for continuous improvements in the assigned areas
- Strategically developing the area taking into account the company's targets and ensuring compliance with the budget
