Accounts Payable Clerk

*This role will require a credit evaluation, background check and drug screen 

Pay: $18-23hr   

Schedule: M-F daytime schedule. This is an in-office position 5 days a week.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Process high volume of payables on a daily basis in Yardi program
• Process high volume of utility payments for 30 to 60 properties
• Enter and Process Mileage & Per Diem on scheduled dates throughout the year
• Enter and Process Contractor Payroll on scheduled dates throughout the year
• Meet payables deadlines
• Scan and enter invoices in system as needed
• File electronic and in physical files (duplicate as needed)
• Complete batches and cut checks for batches by others
• Assist with cutting and filing 1099’s for your properties, January through March
• Cut Quarterly Distribution Checks as scheduled
• Process high volume of tenant moveout statements and refund checks daily
• Consistent and sustained adherence to monarch Professional Behavior Stand
• Perform additional assignments and projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
  

• High Volume Accounts payable experience
• Ability to process large volume and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Must be dependable and a team player
• Demonstrates an attention to detail
