SCB Tribe - Project Management (PMO)

• Plan, initiate and manage projects from discovery to handover; define scope, objectives, success criteria and deliverables aligned to business strategy. 

• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional Agile squads (e.g. Product, UX, Tech, Data, BA, Change Management) to ensure coherent execution and continuous delivery. 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as appropriate (e.g. Program Increment Planning (PI),Sprint planning, Standups, Demos, Retrospectives); remove impediments and optimize team performance. 

• Drive stakeholder engagement, governance and executive reporting; maintain transparency via roadmaps, milestone trackers and dashboards. 

• Ensure requirements traceability, quality assurance, UAT coordination and production readiness; oversee handover, runbooks and operational support alignment 

Job Qualifications : 

• 5+ years managing projects in IT, digital or banking environments; experience in technology‑led transformations preferred. 

• Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management skills. 

• Prior experience or business knowledge in Collection & Recovery, Retail Lending, Wealth Management, Banking will be highly advantageous. 

• Understanding of banking products, digital channels, system integrations and data considerations. 

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and leadership skills. 

• Strong problem solving, decision making, prioritization and change control capabilities. 

• Collaborative, resilient, results‑oriented and able to operate in fast‑paced environments. 

• Agile mindset, collaborative, resilient, and able to operate in fast‑paced environments. 

• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments, facilitating requirement discussions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and continuous improvements.
