Description

As an Analyst in the CIO Office, you will enable the IT Executive Committee to make well-prepared decisions and follow through on strategic priorities. You will structure complex information, create executive-ready materials, and bring transparency to decisions, actions, and dependencies across the IT organization.

Working closely with global IT domains, regions, and transformation stakeholders, you will gain direct insight into how IT leadership sets priorities and translates them into decisions and measurable follow-through. This permanent role has an expected minimum tenure of 12 to 18 months and offers increasing ownership of selected topics. You will build capabilities in executive communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving, creating a foundation for your further career development.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare IT Executive Committee meetings by structuring agendas, consolidating inputs, and delivering decision-ready materials.
  • Analyze cross-domain information to identify dependencies, risks, open decisions, and potential misalignment before topics reach the Executive Committee.
  • Translate complex topics into clear storylines, decision options, and concise executive briefings.
  • Document decisions, actions, owners, and timelines, and maintain transparent follow-up on execution progress.
  • Support the IT governance framework through initiative tracking, visibility of dependencies, status reporting, and the preparation of leadership discussions.
  • Coordinate inputs from global IT domains, regions, and selected business stakeholders to build alignment ahead of senior management forums.
  • Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and briefing notes for the CIO Office and IT Executive Committee.
  • Coordinate selected cross-functional and transformation topics that require structured issue framing and reliable follow-up.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • Initial professional, internship, or project experience, preferably gained in a multinational matrix organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into structured, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to create concise executive-level materials.
  • Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to build trusted working relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in IT, digital transformation, and governance, and in working in a global, cross-cultural environment.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, combined with reliability, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-up.
  • High integrity, professional judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
