Job Description

Just imagine turning key business moments into stories that LEGO® colleagues want to watch, read and share. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Communications Manager, you'll help shape and evolve the global approach to internal content at the LEGO Group. You'll create timely, engaging stories across digital channels, bringing business priorities, product announcements, events and leadership communications to life.

Required Qualifications

  • Created content for internal digital channels across stories, videos, presentations and other digital formats.
  • Produced short-form and longer-form video content, including filming, editing and post-production.
  • Written engaging long-form and short-form content for social media or digital channels.
  • Used content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
  • Turned product announcements, events and leadership engagements into timely internal content.
  • Filmed executives, subject-matter experts or colleagues in natural and audience-focused ways.

What you'll build

  • Spot strong storytelling opportunities and develop content while the moment is still relevant.
  • Create stories, videos, presentations and digital content for internal channels.
  • Produce, film and edit content that may also be adapted for corporate external channels.
  • Bring business strategy, priorities and plans to life for colleagues around the world.
  • Introduce fresh formats and creative approaches to editorial planning and content development.
  • Help evolve executive communications through more engaging and audience-focused content.
  • Balance speed, creativity and quality to deliver content that feels timely and relevant.

If you've worked in a role where you created written and visual content across different channels, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to recognise a strong hook and turn it into content people choose to engage with.

Life on the team

You'll join the Colleague Engagement team within Corporate Brand Communications. The team cares about excellent work, learning and supporting one another. You'll bring curiosity, creative thinking and a willingness to experiment with new tools and formats. You'll also work closely with communications colleagues, executives, subject-matter experts and LEGO colleagues across the business.

What success looks like

You'll become skilled at identifying time-sensitive stories, choosing an effective format and delivering polished content at pace. Your work will strengthen global internal communications and make business priorities more accessible and engaging. You'll collaborate with the wider Colleague Engagement team and the people featured in the content you create.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
