This role is part of Alcon's Supply Chain function, a team that manages the logistics, inventory management, and supply chain analytics for Alcon's industry leading products to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively so that people can see brilliantly.

Associate, Warehouse & Distribution Management (Para-Professional & Support Path), is primarily responsible for supporting efficient warehouse and distribution center operations by optimizing storage, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining records.

Specifics include:

• Perform business support or clerical tasks to contribute to efficient warehouse and distribution operations
• Assist in optimizing storage space and material flows for safety and efficiency
• Manage inventory and coordinate shipments while maintaining accurate records
• Follow established procedures with limited decision-making authority
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

• Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.

What You'll Bring to Alcon 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 3 Years of Relevant Experience
• Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (11:00AM-8:30PM) Monday – Friday
• Work Location: Onsite – Fort Worth, TX (Centre Site)
• Relocation Assistance/Sponsorship: None

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed (Some Saturdays at times)
• SAP, or DLX experience
• Forklift experience (standup, power jack, auto picker, etc.)
• Prior warehouse experience
