The Opportunity
We are seeking dependable individuals to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. We have a variety of positions available across different departments. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career, we invite you to explore the opportunities with us.
What You'll Do
Must be able to receive, lift and break down raw material of frozen fruit at breaking station. Carton weights 20 lbs. to 55 lbs.
Will be trained to practice and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to open cartons and handle product.
Must be able to pour and fill raw material into inspection trays and visually inspect for defects, foreign materials, etc.
Must be able to fill infeed conveyor hopper and make sure the conveyor is always full.
Must be able to empty accumulation trays under conveyor in a timely manner.
Pack products into boxes for storage. With additional duties such as - clean and wash down production lines, equipment, floors, and drains after production using water hoses, soap, chemicals, and sanitizer foamers. Light cleaning of common areas is needed.

Must be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.

Be able to work as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Good attendance is a priority.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience may be required based on position.
Bilingual-Spanish and English is a plus!
Work Location & Working Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA
The schedule is Monday to Friday.
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Fridays: 10:00 PM - 7:00 or until10:00 AM (based on business needs)
Occasional weekend work may be required.
Shift Differential = $2.00/hour
Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
