Crystal Springs is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. No prior behavior experience required-we will train the right candidate
What You'll Do
- Provide behavioral support in residential, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized behavior support plans
- Collect behavioral data and monitor progress
- Help individuals develop skills and greater independence
- Work closely with our clinical and residential teams
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- University level coursework or work experience in psychology, education, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
