How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

 

This Analyst role is a member of the HR Digital Solutions Center of Expertise team. The role handles Workday configuration, maintenance and optimization of the Time Tracking and Absence modules of Workday, with a focus on supporting EAMEI and APAC countries. The role requires close partnership with the GBS, CoEs, and HRBPs to ensure accuracy of Absence and Time configurations and accurate payroll outcomes.

 

System Maintenance and Administration

• Create and maintain Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
• Ensure strong communication and alignment with the GBS teams, Integration teams, HR users, CoE teams, and any other impacted stakeholders 
• Contributor to Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll implementation and enhancement projects
• Understand and coordinate mapping configuration to ensure successful payroll outcomes
• Maintain configuration workbooks with accurate configuration documentation that reflects Workday
• Maintain consistent, updated and clear communications with stakeholders in case management system
• Monitor Workday bi-annual releases, coordinate the changes to stakeholders
• Supervise end to end testing for the successful delivery of identified and agreed changes  
• Plan and deliver training to the stakeholders and contribute to accurate knowledge base materials

Continuous Improvement

• Propose system enhancements to automate or simplify HR processes or to address legal requirements
• Monitor most frequent defects analysis and propose solutions
• Document and share knowledge with stakeholders on various features available in Workday
• Participate in special projects, as needed

Are you a MATCH?

 

Work experience

• Minimum 3 years of pertinent Workday experience

• Recent Workday experience supporting global Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations

• Demonstrated knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking configuration

• Experience supporting Workday Payroll integrations

• Current certifications in Workday Absence and Time Tracking preferred but not required

• Project management experience
