Job Description:

Are you an experienced Workday professional with a strong technical mindset and a passion for translating business needs into effective HR technology solutions? Join Sibelco and become part of our fast-moving HRIS team, supporting Workday across our global organisation.

As Solution Analyst – Workday, you will support the evolution and continuous improvement of our global Workday landscape, working closely with HR stakeholders, Workday teams and other IT colleagues. You will contribute to business process configuration, integrations and technical solutions, helping ensure that Workday developments are delivered effectively and aligned with our international roadmap.

In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions, supporting business process configuration, security and other technical areas of the platform.

• Support Workday integrations and deployments, collaborating with internal Workday teams and HR stakeholders to deliver solutions across the global HR landscape.

• Contribute to major Workday projects and rollouts, including payroll deployments across countries and other integrations and enhancements within the international roadmap.

• Act as a key link between HR stakeholders and technical Workday teams, clarifying requirements, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication on timelines, priorities and deliverables.

• Support the continuous improvement of the Workday environment, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and solutions while ensuring agreed SLAs, commitments and stakeholder expectations are met.

To be successful in this role, you have: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3–5 years of experience working with Workday in a large or complex organisation, ideally with solid technical knowledge in areas such as Business Process Security, HCM configuration or Workday integrations.

• Support on Workday integrations, deployments or implementations, with the ability to provide concrete examples of projects you have contributed to.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage pressure, escalate when necessary and challenge requests constructively rather than simply accepting every demand.

• A resilient, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a get-things-done approach.
