About the Role

IMMEDIATE OPENING!!!

Culmen International is seeking a Federal Growth Lead - Sales to bring MOSAICS to U.S. Government customers confronting complex national security, intelligence, and operational challenges. MOSAICS combines primary-source ground truth, geospatial insights, multi-source data, and AI-enabled analysis to help decision-makers understand what is happening, where it is happening, and why it matters.

We are looking for someone who can engage customers around their mission, recognize where technology and new sources of data can change how a problem is solved, and turn those opportunities into scalable MOSAICS solutions. You'll engage customers before requirements are fully defined, develop new use cases, build champions, and create the path from mission need to technology adoption.

This is not a traditional federal capture or onsite services business development role. The successful candidate will bring a combination of government mission understanding, strong customer instincts, technology orientation, and demonstrated sales experience. You should be equally comfortable discussing an operational challenge with a mission owner and leading the sales process required to turn that opportunity into adoption and revenue.

This position begins as a senior individual-contributor role with significant ownership of the MOSAICS federal market. You will develop new customers, expand existing relationships, and own opportunities from discovery through close. As the business grows, this role offers the opportunity to build and lead the federal MOSAICS sales team.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

  • Build the federal MOSAICS market. Develop new customers, use cases, and qualified opportunities around federal mission needs.
  • Create demand, not just respond to requirements. Identify where MOSAICS can solve mission problems in new ways and build a path to adoption.
  • Own the sales cycle. Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, solution development, negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Translate mission needs into solutions. Work with customers and Culmen product and solutions teams to shape compelling, scalable applications of MOSAICS.
  • Build trusted customer relationships. Engage mission users, program leaders, technical stakeholders, acquisition organizations, and senior decision-makers.
  • Shape the market and product. Bring customer insight into MOSAICS strategy, use cases, positioning, packaging, and future capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including demonstrated experience selling to U.S. Government customers.
  • Experience selling technology, software, data, analytics, or product-based solutions, with personal responsibility for developing opportunities and closing business.
  • Firsthand understanding of federal missions gained through government service, military service, contracting, or direct support to government mission customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover mission problems, identify where technology can provide a better solution, and turn that insight into a sales opportunity.
  • Strong customer presence and enough technology fluency to engage credibly with operational, executive, technical, and acquisition stakeholders.
  • Active Secret clearance, ability to travel as required, and bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting national security, intelligence, defense, diplomacy, or homeland security missions.
  • Experience with AI, data analytics, geospatial intelligence, OSINT, situational awareness, or other emerging technology markets.
  • Experience introducing or scaling a new technology or product within the federal market, including developing new use cases and customers.
  • Experience working across sales, product, and solutions teams to turn customer needs into repeatable offerings
