SUMMARYThe Assistant Manager (PM) - Evenings & Weekends is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of evening and weekend store operations. This position serves as the primary manager on duty during evening shifts and weekend hours and is responsible for supervising associates and maintaining operational standards.
The Assistant Manager (PM) works closely with the Store Leader and Assistant Store Manager (AM) to support store goals and deliver a positive customer experience. While responsible for shift execution and associate supervision during assigned evening and weekend schedules, overall store accountability remains with the Store Leader.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION
- Responsible for store closing.
- Serves as the primary manager on duty during evening shifts and weekend operations.
- Provides leadership to assigned team members during evening and weekend shifts.
- Monitors associate performance and addresses routine concerns.
- Provides primary leadership coverage during weekend operations.
- Ensures store policies, safety standards, and cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assists with inventory management and merchandising.
- Serves as Manager on Duty during assigned evening and weekend shifts.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to pass Wewinabi's Non-Gaming Suitability Standards background check.
- Must be able to work with minimum direction after job assignment and work either individually and/or as a team member.
- Must possess excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and organizational skills.
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Two years of retail experience is required.
- Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience is preferred.
- Driver's license is required.
- Working knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service principles is preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
REASONING ABILITY
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to a variety of situations in order to define problems, collect data, analyze facts, and determine the appropriate response.
- Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Talk and hear; ability to communicate effectively.
- See and adjust focus to include close, distance, depth, and peripheral vision.
- Stand, walk, run, sit (up to 8 hours), balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl.

- Lift, push, pull and/or move objects weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds.
