Manager Machining Manufacturing 1 - Second Shift

8-10 years of working experience in a machine shop and a good understanding of CNC and conventional machines 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Proficient in Microsoft office Must be a self-starter and possess the skills necessary to lead and motivate others, achieving results in a timely manner Demonstrated process improvement experience and knowledge of our Lean Performance Enterprise System (PES) tools. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Must have past experience in estimating machining hours and identifying rough and finish machine processes. Able to obtain a Secret Clearance, which US citizenship is a requirement Bachelor's degree preferred 5 axis machining experience Additive Manufacturing experience Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and requirements Understanding of SPC Active secret clearance
