AMHP Team Manager
£300-350 per day
Inside IR35
South East UK
3 months initially
Hybrid working on-site (flexible)
Your Role as an AMHP Lead:
- Line management of the AMHP team 3-4 members
- Responsible for daily workload assignment for the team
- Picking up AMHP work overflow when required
- Ensure the team are working efficiently to provide the best service to local residents
- Able to travel to the local area 2-3 days per week when required
Your previous experience as an AMHP Lead:
- Experience within a local authority or similar organisation as an AMHP
- Significant management experience within Adult Social Care, ideally in an AMHP team
- Professionally qualified and registered SWE or HSPC.
