Job SummaryWe are seeking a Consultant in Pediatric Rehabilitation to assess and manage children with physical, developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. The role focuses on improving function, mobility, independence, and quality of life through multidisciplinary rehabilitation care.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage pediatric rehabilitation cases (e.g., cerebral palsy, developmental delay, neuromuscular disorders)Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and treatment goalsLead and coordinate physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teamsMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyEducate families on home-based rehabilitation programsEnsure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to UAE healthcare standardsRequirementsConsultant qualification in Pediatric Rehabilitation, PM&R, Pediatrics, Neurology, or Orthopedics with rehab experienceMinimum 5 years of relevant clinical experienceEligible for DHA/DOH medical licensingStrong clinical and leadership skillsFluent English (Arabic is an advantage)Work EnvironmentMultidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation settingModern healthcare facility in DubaiFocus on evidence-based and patient-centered care
