About the Role

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager  to support the leadership of Sky High Bar & Lounge. In this role, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving a high-performing, efficient operation. You will play a visible leadership role on the floor, ensuring service excellence, team engagement, and operational consistency in one of Philadelphia’s premier bar and lounge destinations.

What You Will Do

  • Support daily operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction

  • Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver a high-quality and personalized guest experience

  • Manage labor and operating costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control

  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while promoting positive guest relations

  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistency and excellence in food and beverage offerings

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages growth and accountability

  • Maintain compliance with service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in bar/lounge or restaurant operations within a luxury or high-volume environment

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

  • Solid business acumen, including cost control and financial awareness

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • A guest-first mindset with a demonstrated track record of delivering high levels of satisfaction

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-time role

  • Requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
