We are looking for a Business Analyst - Healthcare Revenue Cycle who thrives on solving complex business problems, uncovering insights from data, and influencing strategic decisions that directly impact our clients' success.

What You'll Do
- Analyze healthcare revenue cycle performance data and operational metrics
- Monitor KPIs such as cash collections, denial rates, Days in A/R, productivity, quality, and collections performance
- Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-level analytics
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Support forecasting, budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning initiatives
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
- Present analytical findings in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and business audiences
- Collaborate with operations, client services, finance, and technology teams to improve business outcomes
What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, decision support, or revenue cycle analytics
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes and key performance metrics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, and complex formulas
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers, physician groups, or healthcare service organizations
- Knowledge of physician billing, denial management, coding, accounts receivable, and healthcare operations
- Experience with EMR/EHR or healthcare practice management systems
- Experience working in a global delivery or offshore services environment
