Are you passionate about creating a safe, sustainable and high-performing work environment? We are looking for an experienced HSSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) strategy and drive a strong safety culture across our manufacturing site.
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving our HSSE management systems while ensuring compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards and international management systems. You will lead a dedicated HSSE team and work closely with operational and business leaders to embed safety, environmental stewardship and sustainability into every aspect of our operations.
What will you do?
As our HSSE Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement the site's HSSE strategy in line with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
- Lead and continuously improve Health, Safety, Security & Environment management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, corporate policies and operational standards.
- Drive a proactive risk management and prevention culture through risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective action programs to prevent recurrence.
- Promote a strong safety, environmental and sustainability culture by coaching leaders and engaging employees at all levels.
- Monitor HSSE performance through KPIs, reporting and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction, energy efficiency and carbon management.
- Lead, coach and develop the HSSE team while supporting operational management in achieving HSSE objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, regulatory authorities and corporate HSSE teams to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, Security & Environment within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, occupational safety and environmental legislation.
- Experience implementing and maintaining HSSE management systems.
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and internal or external audits.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational risks.
- Experience with KPI reporting and performance management.
- Familiarity with SAP and HSSE reporting systems is an advantage.
- Prevention Advisor Level 2 certification, or willingness to obtain it within three years of joining.
