The role- Assistant Finance Manager (R2R)

What you'll be responsible for
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger in SAP
• Assist in preparation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with auditors and stakeholders
• Analyze variances and provide explanations for financial movements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives within the RTR function

We're looking for someone who
• CA
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting/Audit
• Working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Ability to work in tight close timelines and dynamic environments
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
