We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh. This role can be based in either Cluj or Bucharest, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be a key partner to hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top talent. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver effective hiring solutions that support business growth and enhance the candidate experience.

This role is on a fixed term contract, for 24 months.

We will count on you to:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

• Provide market insights and intelligence to support hiring decisions.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday, Phenom, and other systems.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Fluency in English.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition consulting, minimum 3-5 years

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

• Proficiency with ATS systems, especially Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
