About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and spearhead the transformational next generation Contact Center Solution. You will be working with cross functional teams to develop innovative, mission-critical, massively scalable solutions with best-in-class cloud technology and platforms that offer differentiated user experience to all our customers.
In this role, you will:
- Execute on complex technology Cloud initiatives including those that are companywide, with broad impact to external and internal customers.
- Active contributor in developing cloud native microservices, and modern event driven, data lake and analytics solution, along with automating the provisioning of Azure/GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as a Code.
- Adopt and champion standards and companywide best practices for engineering and large-scale technology solutions in all aspects such as design, development, automated testing, True CD, documentation of the Engineering and Non-functional requirement aspects of the Cloud platform.
- Understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
- Collaborate and consult with senior engineering managers, leads and architects to resolve technical issues and achieve goals.
- Working in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust Cloud centric solutions.
- Working closely with Product Team and Vendors to develop and deploy Cloud services to meet customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of experience with Node JS, JAVA, Spring Boot
- 2+ years working with Cloud Platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- 2+ years of experience with Python
- 1+ years of experience with GenAI
Desired Skills:
- 4+ years of Contact Center industry experience with design, development, testing, integration with vendors, CRMs and business applications. Proven knowledge in one or more of the contact center sub domains such as: IVR/IVA, NLU/NLP, Real Time Omni channel Agent experience and customer journey, CX/AX experience optimization using AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning)
- 2+ years of Deep Domain Driven Design experience with cloud native Microservices
- 2+ years of real time low latency, front-end Web applications React, Redux, RXJS, Typescript, progressive Web Apps with responsive design with Rest APIs, real time eventing gRPC or Web Sockets using Micro front end architecture.
- 2+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks for Unit testing for Java/Python and UI Micro services
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with TrueCD, DevOps with Cucumber, Jenkins
- 1+ years of experience with Playbooks, Vertex AI
- Experience with Google Agent Development Kit
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Professional cloud certification on Azure/GCP or other cloud providers.
- Full stack application development is a plus.
