TASKS:
Customer Demand & Supply Chain
- Integrate customer orders into the system
- Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations
- Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues
- Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters
- Support new projects and ensure packaging availability
Production Planning & Service Level
- Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning
- Ensure the feasibility of the Customers’ programs internally
- Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities
- Track service levels and implement improvement actions
- Maintain optimal inventory levels
Issue Management
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
- Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers
- Monitor and follow up on action plans
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
- Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
- Strong customer oriented behavior
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
