Job Description
DPR Construction seeks an environmental brand activation specialist to strengthen brand identity, market presence and employee affinity. This role is responsible for the ideation, design, execution and evaluation of brand experience across DPR's active jobsites, offices and events. We are looking for a detail-oriented designer and project manager who can work seamlessly with a team as well as liaise with internal customers and external vendors. Responsibilities:
Lead planning and execution of spatial, workplace and jobsite brand campaigns and activations that support business goals.
Partner with and guide regional and project teams to align messaging, design, and brand experience across multiple channels and brands.
Oversee procurement, design, and installation of high-impact installations in active environments, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor and risk management.
Provide subject matter expertise in brand compliance, accessibility, and design standards, including documentation, to ensure consistency and integrity of DPR’s brand.
Work with OES, procurement, real estate, internal customers and vendors to review and approve pre-production signage art.
Manage signage catalog development, maintenance and optimization including promotional, instructional and educational signage.
Curate standardized signage and branding packages to enhance branded environments.
Analyze audience insights, competitive trends, and performance data to evaluate effectiveness, provide reporting and refine strategies.
Support the development of experimental tactics and creative tests that advance brand differentiation and engagement—documenting, sharing and scaling as appropriate.
Develop, document and promote implementation of standards and best practices for environmental brand experience.
Mentor and train peers, stakeholders and internal customers and provide guidance on environmental brand processes, tools, and visual standards.
We are looking for a collaborative, adaptable, results-driven team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, keep stakeholders informed and hold themselves and others accountable. The role owns the full lifecycle of environmental brand activations, from insight-driven concept development through execution and performance evaluation.

Strong program and project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects or portfolios with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
A deep understanding of environmental displays and experiences, both physical and digital
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
Strong problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written, visual, and verbal)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
6–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, spatial design or a related field required.
Portfolio of relevant work required
