Quotes Officer/Sales Support - Promotional Product Industry | Remote

We’re hiring a Sales Support / Quotes Officer to join a growing Australian promotional products business. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for Philippine-based candidates who are ready to take the next step in their sales support career. You’ll be working closely with Australian sales managers to prepare quotes, liaise with suppliers, and help move orders forward accurately and efficiently.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare and submit accurate quotes to Sales Managers based on client needs and timelines.
• Coordinate production orders, sales invoices, sample orders, and artwork approvals.
• Work independently to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy under tight deadlines while delivering excellent service

 

What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have at least 2 years of continuous experience in the promotional products industry. (non-negotiable)
• Possess strong numerical and analytical skills to assess quotes and pricing.
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and confident communicating with suppliers.
• Are proficient with basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, docs) and quick to learn new systems.
• Can work independently and manage time across competing priorities.
• Have a resilient, can-do attitude, take feedback well, and always look for ways to improve

 

Work Schedule, Salary & Employment Terms

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
• Philippine-based employment only
