For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 

  •  5 to 10 years years of experience as a SDM Deployment Engineer
  •  Strong understanding of SDM architectures and end-to-end interworking across 4G and 5G core network components, including VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT.
  •  Proficiency in cloud and virtualization platforms including Linux, VMware, OpenStack, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes for SDM solution deployment.
  •  Solid knowledge of telecom protocols and interfaces such as Diameter, LDAP, SOAP, HTTP/REST, and GSM SS7 as applied in SDM environments.
  •  Ability to read and implement solutions based on High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (DLD) documentation provided by customers or solution architects.
  •  Familiarity with Nokia SDM portfolio (SDL, PGW, SDLA) and SDL migration projects is a strong advantage.
  •  Fluency in English (B2)
  •  Availability for Hybrid work model 2 x week in Lisbon
  •  Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
