Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' IT recruitment experience within an agency environment.
- Proven experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple technologies.
- Strong understanding of the South African IT recruitment market.
- Experience working with both permanent and contract placements.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional presentation.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
