  • Assist users with workflow-related issues and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate support teams.
  • Support super-user networks and champion programmes across all hospital sites.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and system optimisation activities.
  • Support EHR upgrade and testing activities as required.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinical leaders, department managers, educators, and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with EHR analysts, application specialists, and project teams to understand system changes and associated training requirements.

  • Work with the EHR Training Lead to monitor and enhance training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
  • Analyse training outcomes and recommend improvements to training approaches and materials.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted interventions to improve user proficiency.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure training content aligns with organisational policies, clinical workflows, privacy regulations, and healthcare standards.
  • Promote best practice use of EHR functionality, data quality standards, and patient safety principles.
