As the Global ITO Contract Management Leader, you will play a critical leadership role at the front end of some of our most strategic and complex energy projects.In this role, you will lead a team of Global Contract Managers supporting the review, structuring, and negotiation of Turnkey (TKP/TKSI) opportunities globally, as well as selected EO/EEP equipment and site delay LD matters, with support from OTR subject matter experts as required by ITO DOA. You will work closely with commercial, project, sourcing, legal, finance, and execution teams to shape strong deal structures, mitigate commercial risk, negotiate consortium agreements, and improve outcomes across the full ITR lifecycle
This is a highly visible global leadership role for a commercial leader who combines contract expertise, strategic thinking, influencing capability, and a strong understanding of project execution.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of Contract Managers supporting ITO contract review and negotiation activities for turnkey power plant opportunities and selected equipment matters.
- Partner with ITO throughout customer and partner terms & conditions negotiations for equipment and turnkey contracts, including leadership of consortium agreement negotiations.
- Provide leadership on commercial contract T&C risk analysis, interpretation, and development of alternatives to mitigate commercial risks, leveraging OTR SMEs where required by ITO DOA.
- Guide the development of effective and competitive bid structures for equipment, TKP, and TKSI opportunities during the pre-ITO stage.
- Support partner selection and prequalification, including consortium partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Represent the execution voice in partner/customer negotiations and in ITO-led internal bid and contract strategy reviews.
- Support Sourcing and Construction & Commissioning teams, as needed, on major third-party equipment and construction subcontract matters.
- Report commercial risks, mitigation plans, and resolution status through business segment risk review processes.
- Capture and institutionalize lessons learned, feeding them back into T&Cs, templates, training, and continuous improvement actions.
- Act as an OTR ambassador before ITO, ensuring that lessons learned from execution are translated into stronger underwriting, better deal structuring, and more effective commercial strategy.
- Advise ITO and OTR leadership on preferred deal structures and help resolve key partner alignment issues at senior leadership level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in contract management, commercial management, project contracting, or complex deal negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex customer contracts, consortium agreements, and commercial risk positions.
- Prior experience leading teams in a global, matrixed business environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial deal structuring for large, complex equipment and turnkey projects.
- Proven ability to influence across commercial, legal, sourcing, finance, project, and execution teams.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $176,300.00 and $293,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
