For our innovation team, we are looking for a person with several years of experience in machining who would like to contribute this experience to the further development of _hyperMill._

## Your main tasks

• **Co-designing innovative software solutions**

Collaborating on the design, development, and implementation of software solutions in development projects

• **Analyzing customer requirements with an international focus**

Detailed analysis of customer requirements, including customer visits nationally and internationally

• **Direct software testing on the machine**

Conducting comprehensive software tests directly on the machine, including analysis and documentation of test results

• **Solution development and presentation**

Development and presentation of solutions internally and to customers

• **Project responsibility and benchmarking**

Planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and benchmarks

## Your profile

• **Education**

Successfully completed training as a machining mechanic, tool mechanic, or in a comparable field

• **Professional experience**

Several years of practical experience in machining in the field of milling and/or turning, as well as extensive experience with at least one CNC control system

• **Initiative & focus on teamwork**

Proactive and team-oriented approach to work

• **Innovative, forward-thinking mindset**

High level of analytical and innovative skills

• **Language skills**

Fluent German and good English skills
