JOB PURPOSE:
- Trade Marketing Asst. Manager is a role that develop a new growth opportunity in On Premise as the new S-curve of Ice Cream Indonesia, by developing perfect execution guidelines for each sub-channels of On Premise (Horeca, Leisure, OOH). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement TCT (Trade Promo, Visibility Guidance, Tool Kits)
- Crafting On Premise “Guidebook into the channel” - strategizing promotion rules, visibility rules, etc
- Crafting standard proposal template for external opportunity
- Provide toolkits set for our Account executive, mixologist, and area team as their handheld to discuss about On Premise in each territory
- Establish MPro reputation in market via engagement with associations
- Building network with respected association and organization to strengthen our existence in B2B business.
- Participating in selected Horeca events
- Visibility Planning, crafting, and execution
- Identifying visibility needed in accounts (type, design, etc)
- Connect with brand team to lock the design
- Manage and monitor the execution process from production until implementation on site
- Budget management – creation
- Budget planning by calculating support needed to achieve target and adhoc spare (promo plan, activation, future contracts, etc)
- Creating IO/OPSO in time to avoid any hold and delay in budgetting
- Budget utilization monitoring to ensure no over under in budget
- Collaborating with area team to execute significant and sizeable activation
- Be presence in local jewel activity – connect with area team
- Drive the coordination with area & brand team for external events execution
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Strong drive
- Good with numbers
- Good communication with peers, superior, and subordinate, internal and external
- Meticulous in administration and monitoring
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in any major is open
- Preferably, 2-5 Years of Experience in FMCG or Food Service Sales
- Strong background in trade marketing & activity, budget management, and Food Service networks
BUSINESS SKILLS:
- Skilled in project management and trade marketing
- Advance knowledge of trade executions
- Ability to translate performance data into the execution strategy
