About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Growth Marketer to lead paid acquisition efforts for our growing real estate company. This role is ideal for someone who has deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, thrives on performance marketing, and has a proven track record of generating high-quality B2C leads.
Your primary focus will be identifying and attracting high-intent home sellers in targeted geographic markets through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You'll own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance, with a strong emphasis on ROI and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-performing paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Generate qualified B2C seller leads in specific geographic markets while maintaining efficient cost-per-lead and strong conversion rates.

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Paid Social.

Conduct audience research, geographic targeting, and segmentation to identify high-intent sellers.

Continuously test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on key marketing metrics.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.

Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.

Extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Proven success generating B2C leads through paid digital acquisition.

Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, attribution, and campaign optimization.

Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking platforms.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights.

Experience in the real estate industry or other local lead generation businesses is highly preferred.
Nice to Have

Experience marketing to homeowners or generating seller leads.

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.

Familiarity with call tracking and offline conversion attribution
Salary Range: $3,500 - $4,500/month
