Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage and control the entire project life-cycle for the respective technology platform
- Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks
- Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies
- Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to assure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
- Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement
- Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject
- At least 6 years of work experience in the semiconductor business \- ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
- Very good experience in project management e.g. leading medium sized projects
- A good sense for intercultural differences
- Preferably a Project Management Certification like IPMA or PMP
- Excellent English communication skills – with German being a plus
