About the role:
As a Catering Assistant at RSL LifeCare, every day you’re empowered to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. Within our supportive work environment your compassion is valued and your professional development is prioritised. You will have the opportunity to:
Work closely with the catering team and the Head Chef to provide high quality catering services for residents and their visitors,
Comply with Food Safety Standards,
Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment; dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas,
Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors,
Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs,
Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
