The Role

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to a consistent standard.

• Take responsibility for your section and support the wider kitchen team.

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

• Assist with menu development and daily specials.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.

• Passion for food and attention to detail.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Relevant food hygiene knowledge.
