Overview
This position involves performing closing duties in a hotel cafeteria environment including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking supplies, and completing daily cleaning checklists. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, inspecting china, glass, and silverware for cleanliness and presentation, and following all company safety and security policies. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with fine motor skills for handling various objects. This is a third shift position with no supervisory responsibilities and requires no prior work experience.
