Job Description:
1.Primarily focused on the prevention of accidents, incidents, and events that harm people, property.
2.Responsible for safety and health management; to comply and support safety and healthy activities of legal requirement and company requirements, guidelines and standard.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
1.To develop the EHS standard by Micron Policy and legal requirement.
2.Ensure all the operation onsite in accordance with legal requirement.
3.Leading and participating in ISO45001, TOSHMS operation.
4.Conducting accident and incident investigations and identify controls to prevent their reoccurrence.
5.Developing, suggesting and conducting health and safety training.
6.Conducting construction safety management.
7.Conducting dangerous workplace management and process safety assessment.
8.Conducting management of change.
9.Conducting Risk management.
10.Conducting contractor management.
11.Conducting high-risk work management.
12.Conducting semiconductor equipment safety management.
13.Developing and conducting lockout-tagout system.
14.Responsible for government document application.
15.To cooperate with EHS activities.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
1.College or university degree and Industrial Safety/ Health engineering related.
2.Have Safety/ Health engineering related work experience more than 1-3 years.
3.Occupational Safety / Health Specialist or Occupational Safety and Health Technician licenses.
4.Industrial Safety-related business operation execution capabilities and able to work independently.
5.Proficient in the operation of the ISO45001, TOSHMS.
6.With English communication and coordination skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing good)
7.Experience in the safety management of operating plants in the technology industry (for example: training management/chemical management/operation of the four major prevention plans... etc.) and construction safety and health management experience in the new construction project is preferred.
