Description
Primary Responsibility :
1. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations in the Repair Department and ensures compliance with established quality and ISO guidelines.
2. Coordinates with the other supervisors, Customer Service Representatives, and Repair Technicians to ensure all customer commitments and repair goals are met.
3. Ensures correct procedures are being followed and all required equipment is available.
4. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
5. Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
6. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees. and recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
7. Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
8. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
