What will you do? 

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce scrap, defects, and production costs. 

• Work with statistical methods, risk analysis, PFMEA, MSA, and other process control and improvement tools. 

• Investigate process deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality and Manufacturing teams. 

• Participate in customer and internal audits and present process-related information. 

• Develop and implement new or improved manufacturing and testing processes. 

• Define requirements for manufacturing equipment and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. 

• Participate in projects involving the introduction of new products and new equipment. 

• Work on optimizing production flow and equipment layout. 

• Create and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, checklists, and process standards. 

• Support the validation and qualification of processes and equipment. 

• Collaborate with global teams and share best practices across manufacturing locations. 

What are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or another engineering discipline. 

• Interest in manufacturing processes, quality, and technical analysis. 

• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. 

• Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, or manufacturing technologies. 

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop professionally. 

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
