SENIOR PROJECT LEAD

1.       Centralized communication and report control

2.       Overall, in-charge for ensuring timely completion of the project within the budget planned

3.       Responsible for setting up Project Governance including Project Plan, Risk Register, Quality Plan, Project Schedule etc.,

4.       Ensure Roles and Responsibilities of each Team Member is tracked and adhered

5.       Review the project delivery process on a weekly / periodic basis to ensure that all the processes are complied

6.       Engage with stakeholders to capture the requirements which will be incorporated in the Design developed by the Design Team

7.       Prepare Construction programme/ schedule and submit to client for approval and implement at site

8.       Track the construction schedule and highlight/ escalate to client /stake holders if found delay from the schedule.

9.       Pro-active involvement in review of BOQ

10.    Prepare comparison statement of BOQ qty Vrs GFC qty

11.    Prepare variation statement and provide recommendation for deviation to client along the concurrence form Design Consultants.

12.    Provide recommendation on contractor’s running bill for payment to client

13.    Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for the same and discuss with necessary stakeholders

14.    Proactive Risk Assessment and implementing appropriate mitigation on time

15.    Review the Projects on Quality, Progress & Cost on Weekly basis

16.    Effective Program Management

17.   Chairing of all meetings including Design Review, Weekly Progress Review Meetings, Site Meetings, etc.

18.   Preparation of MIS and submit to client

19.    Responsible for working out a strategy for Project Close-out
