Maintenance Chief - Chemical Industry

As a MAINTENANCE CHIEF, you will accomplish the programs of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of the systems, machinery and equipment guaranteeing the availability of the productive processes.

You will report to Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• To design a preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance system that guarantees the availability and operational efficiency of production processes and supplies.

• Control energy use and plant supplies to produce operating cost reductions through improvement projects.

• Attend internal-external audits and implement improvement activities to ensure compliance with government, corporate and insurance company standards.

• Guarantee process control systems that align with safety guidelines and requirements.

• Create improvement projects focused on improving operating costs.

• Lead the departmental budget to ensure availability of the operation at the lowest cost.

• Ensure that your team performs its tasks, following good practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering.

• +4 years experience leading maintenance areas in manufacturing industry with chemical processes.

• Fluent English.
