Overview
As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for operating production line equipment 100% of the time in a manufacturing environment. Your duties include pulling work orders, verifying labels, pouring products into machines, inspecting product quality including lab codes and fill levels, running equipment at standard rates, performing torque tests, packaging finished products, and maintaining work areas. You'll perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to maintenance teams when needed. The role requires basic computer skills, ability to read instructions, basic math skills, and the physical ability to stand 95% of the time, use hands for pulling and filling boxes, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Overtime availability is required, and the work environment has moderate noise levels. This is a full-time position with potential for KPI bonuses.
