Overview
Customer service role responsible for assisting donors with clothing and household item donations for resale at Goodwill store locations. Key duties include greeting donors professionally, assisting with unloading donations, issuing receipts, completing donor tracking paperwork, and maintaining clean donor areas. Physical requirements include ability to stand continuously for more than 75% of shift, lift 50 pounds frequently, push/pull carts requiring 50 pounds of force, and bend repeatedly. Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. May require forklift certification for equipment operators.
