Overview
As a Personal Support Worker at Southbridge Care Homes, you will provide direct personal and nursing care to residents to fulfill their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Your responsibilities include assisting with ambulation, feeding, bathing, and grooming, encouraging participation in activities, providing meal service, offering emotional support, adhering to policies and procedures, and participating in care conferences. This permanent part-time position requires completion of a PSW program meeting ministry standards (minimum 600 hours), ability to communicate positively with staff/residents/families, and empathy in providing quality care. You must also complete a vulnerable sector check and TB test. Multiple positions available.
