Position: Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Region - Wireless focused ( FWA / RF)

We are looking for talented and aggressive salespeople to go after WISPS / Regional Rural Wireless Carriers / Tier 3 Service Provider customers and utilities. The focus is customers rolling out Fixes Wireless ass / Broadband Access solutions ( Wired and Fixed Wireless access ) in more rural areas.

Key Experience & Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the sales strategy to attack new customers and new markets
• Proven track record in developing new accounts and hunting for new business
• At least 10 years’ experience in driving large, complex sales opportunities for software, hardware & services sales
• Experience working with partners to develop and close business
• Client would expect the person hired to have worked with Resellers, VARS and Distributors as well as Consulting engineering firms that focus on selling Wireless to SP, WISPS and Utilities.
• Ability to manager customer relationships at all levels – enable parallel top-down sales thru executive relationships and bottom-up sales through working level teams
• Develop key relationships and ability to establish “trusted status” with customers
• Strong technical as well as business skills with understanding of service provider cost of ownership
• Ability to lead and close contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate deeply technical content into accessible and compelling forms, both long and short, and for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field

Other Position Requirements:

• 5+ years wireless sales experience to WISP and Utilities in the region
• Experience selling to Service Providers, and specifically wireless systems operators , Wireless Internet Service provider
• Experience selling to Service Providers, and specifically wireless systems operators , Wireless Internet Service provider
• Willingness to travel within territory to visit customers and partners.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
