What You Will Do

• Design personalized recovery paths by conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to deeply understand each patient’s unique clinical needs and personal goals.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve the overall quality of life for those in your care.
• Collaborate on holistic care plans that involve patients and their families, ensuring the roadmap to recovery is transparent, achievable, and evolves with the patient’s progress.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing clinical team by overseeing therapy assistants and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.
• Champion patient advocacy by documenting every step of the care journey, ensuring that accurate records translate into seamless, high-quality transitions and long-term health outcomes.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
