**About the Role**
We’re building the next iconic beverage brand out of Berlin — starting with a carbonated cold matcha drink.
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll own and execute across **social, content, and growth** — with one goal: make the brand impossible to ignore.
This is for someone who understands **internet culture, aesthetics, and distribution**.
## Tasks
**What You’ll Do**
- Create and manage content across: Instagram, TikTok , LinkedIn
- Develop and execute **content strategy + posting cadence**
- Shoot and edit short-form video content
- Run **experiments** (formats, hooks, campaigns)
- Collaborate with creators / influencers
- Support **brand activations + events**
- Track performance and optimize
## Requirements
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong taste in content, design, and branding
- Native understanding of TikTok / IG trends
- Hands-on creator (you film, edit, post)
- Fast execution + willingness to experiment
- Clear, bold communication style
**Bonus**
- Experience growing social accounts
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Background in marketing, media, or design
