Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Manage invoices, payments, receipts, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing, audit, and tax preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external auditors on finance-related matters.
- Assist with other finance-related administrative tasks.
- Support overall Finance Department operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (Oracle Net Suite, SAP) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with different departments.
