Description
Established global private equity research firm based in central London are recruiting a graduate Team Assistant / Researcher to join a busy research team on a permanent basis. You will gain great exposure into key industry sectors including technology, e-commerce and media working alongside experienced Analysts. Your role will be to research, analyse and present key client and investor information on a global basis to assist the firm to expand it’s network along with providing administration support to the team. The position offers hybrid working with one day from home which could increase after your probation.
Key duties:
• Researching and identifying key contacts
• Arranging meeting with key stakeholders for Analysts
• Managing team diaries
• Organising international travel
• Arranging conference calls with potential clients/investors
• Preparing high level reports, research documents and PowerPoint presentations including tables, charts and graphs
Ideal candidate:
• Strong organisational skills
• Confident, upbeat, approachable and professional
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Team player
