Operations Associate

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the business, including its beauty services and hair retail activities. The ideal candidate will help coordinate business operations, manage inventory and online orders through Shopify, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service delivery.
* Manage product listings, inventory, and customer orders on Shopify.
* Process online orders and coordinate product packaging, fulfilment, and deliveries.
* Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, purchases, and services.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of hair products and other supplies.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and daily business activities.
* Support appointment scheduling and coordinate activities where necessary.
* Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
* Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales.
* Support other administrative and operational activities as required.

Requirements

* HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
* Previous experience in operations, retail, e-commerce, client service, or a similar role.
* Practical experience using Shopify, particularly for product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
* Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
* Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and pay attention to detail.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
* Willingness to work weekends and according to the business’s operational schedule.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate is organised, commercially aware, customer-focused, and comfortable managing both physical business activities and online sales. Experience in the beauty, hair, fashion, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
